BACKGROUND

Racine Water and Waste Water Utilities found themselves facing the challenge of meeting the escalating water supply demands within the community. Aproach

J.H. Hassinger collaborated with Ruekert Mielke and Racine Water and Waste Water Utilities in the development of a new facility to enhance water pressure for their recently implemented water system. Designed to blend functionality with aesthetics, this project involved the construction of a visually appealing building with a brick facade, designed to accommodate both a garage and the pumping process. Additionally, a generator was integrated into the structure to serve as a backup power source, ensuring the continuous operation of the pump even in the event of a power outage.
