Washington County Family Promise Building Addition

Family Promise, a private organization dedicated to addressing housing needs in Washington County, was seeing an increasing demand for their services. Because of the needs and the availability of federal grants, Washington County actively sought a contractor to facilitate the expansion of Family Promise's facilities. This expansion involved the construction of a sizable 10,000-square-foot addition, allowing the organization to better accommodate and support individuals and families in need of housing support within the community.

Family Promise and Washington County had selected J.H. Hassinger for the construction of their building addition, primarily because the scope of a multi-family build aligned with the typical tasks they undertake in-house, such as concrete foundations, masonry veneer, and expert craftsmanship for both the interior and exterior. Serving as the general contractor provided J.H. Hassinger with the advantageous ability to oversee and manage the project, ensuring control over the quality and timely completion of the work.
