Hellerman Tyton - Faulkner Plant addition
BACKGROUND
HellermanTyton needed a significant renovation for its Faulkner Plant. The project started with the 16,300 square feet B-Bay section. Additionally, the company needed 16,000 square feet renovated within its engineering departments, including the Ideation Center, Application Center, and Validation Lab. This comprehensive initiative aimed to enhance and modernize the facilities to meet evolving industry standards and accommodate the company's growing needs.
Aproach
HellermanTyton enlisted J.H. Hassinger to spearhead their comprehensive remodeling project. J.H. Hassinger took on various roles, including General Contracting, Architecture, Design Build, Demolition, Excavation, Concrete, Masonry, and Carpentry. The project focused on a significant overhaul of HellermanTyton's Faulkner Plant, encompassing 16,300 square feet in the B-Bay, followed by the remodeling of 16,000 square feet within the company's engineering departments, specifically transforming the Ideation Center, Application Center, and Validation Lab.
