BACKGROUND
Dodge County needed a salt storage facility with unique features. Due to the region's harsh winter conditions and changing needs in managing road safety, a movable wall design was selected to allow for flexible storage capacity, accommodating varying salt and salt requirements during different seasons.
Aproach
We helped Dodge County take a strategic step forward to enhance its storage capabilities by incorporating a state-of-the-art 2-compartment salt shed. This innovative structure featured a dynamic movable wall at its center, allowing for the effective separation of materials as needed. The dimensions of the salt shed were an impressive 60' x 80' to accommodate a substantial volume of materials.
