J.H. Hassinger strives to gather a comprehensive report to guide and educate an owner on the construction process and procedures. The pre-construction stages included in this service include engineering assessment, development of schematic design, creation of a construction budget, formation of a responsibility matrix and the establishment of a construction schedule.
J.H. Hassinger prides itself on maintaining great working relationships with our subcontractors and vendors throughout the industry in order to make sure project coordination is smooth, budgets are met and schedules are on time. Managing projects efficiently and effectively is what has helped continue J.H. Hassinger’s reputation for quality, value and safety.
As the CM, J.H. Hassinger is part of the building process from the very beginning, working closely with architects, engineers and the owner. Our involvement includes renewing plans, creating timetables for the project, determining preliminary project costs, negotiating contracts with sub-contractors and vendors and procuring permits for the project.
One of J.H. Hassinger’s unique features is that we have the ability to self-perform demolition, excavation, concrete, masonry and carpentry on all of our projects. This gives us comprehensive control of the entire project from the first shovel in the ground to the last set of hardware installed on the doors.
