Omnivore, an independent, full-service advertising agency, was relocating to Milwaukee's thriving Third Ward following a change in ownership and brand. They needed a space to match their brand personality and continuously shifting needs in the advertising and marketing world, and their newly acquired, former warehouse space provided a blank canvas to help bring their business to life.
Aproach
Carefully incorporating industrial details found throughout the Third Ward, the buildout exceeded expectations with versatile spaces a signature touches. As the general contractor on the project, J.H. Hassinger self-performed many services while pooling exceptional sub-contractors to ensure the space was both functionally and aesthetically pleasing for the client.
